Nursing

PMC has had more than three years experience in nursing recruitment, placing registered Division 1/Level 1 nurses of all specialties.
We work closely with our healthcare clients to gain valuable understanding of your workplace culture, nursing needs and organisational structure. It helps us to find the best nurses for your unique set-up.
We pass all nursing applications we receive through a rigorous vetting procedure, and our database is maintained to the highest standards. This database, which is growing daily, enables us to provide cost effective and timely recruitment solutions for permanent staff and casuals.
All of the nurses in our system have to supply the following information before being entered into our database:
- Comprehensive application form including CV and next of kin details
- Proof of identity
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Evidence of nursing qualifications
- Nurses Registration Board / Council documentation
- Police clearance
- Full reference details
- PMC Nurse competency and skills questionnaires
- Immunization evidence
In addition, if your particular Healthcare facility requires additional documentation, please notify us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
